In 2016, Democracy Fund Action became Democracy Fund Voice. This name better reflects our energy for ideas and advocacy that put people at the center of our political system.
Democracy Fund Voice places high value on ethics and transparency. We commit to:
- Disclose the source of all of our funding
- Disclose the recipient organization for each and every grant we make
- Disclose any advocacy or lobbying conducted directly by our organization and explain why we support the positions for which we advocate
- Publish our 990s on our website, along with the names and affiliations of our board members
